What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement data solutions for Contact Center with a primary focus on BigQuery.
• Design and implement data pipelines using GCP services such as Dataflow with Cloud Composer, DataFlow and Big Query
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project estimates.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data engineering projects from inception to deployment.
• Manage legacy ETL processes and utilize Talend for data transformation.
• Build and optimize data pipelines to support high-volume retail operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP services and technologies.

What You Know

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on GCP services.
• Strong proficiency in GCP services mainly Big Query
• Strong proficiency in SQL and large-scale data processing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with real-time data processing and Contact Center analytics

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation Band

• $110-120k per year
