Tasks
- Administer multi terabyte databases
- Automate routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with IT service management to resolve incidents and problems per SLA
- Document process and troubleshooting steps
- Install database upgrades and patches
- Maintain run books monitoring and knowledge bases
- Manage database releases for Dev QA Alpha Production and DR
- Monitor database performance
- Participate in 24X7 on call tier 3 support
- Perform database backups and refreshes in non production environments
- Support database systems
- Troubleshoot database and client library issues
