About the Role:

You will lead the analysis and reporting project for our collaborate division of the business, working closely with other team members.

Review data received from suppliers checking for data quality. Validate data for errors.

All About You:

You will be able to demonstrate a history of:

 · Educational Background: Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field desirable

· Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and Dynamics 365 & BC support and administration.

· Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and configuration, including user roles, form layouts, and workflow troubleshooting.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 & BC, focusing on administration, roles, license allocation and user support.

· Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.

· Strong understanding of SaaS applications and their administration and governance. 

· Problem-Solving Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

· Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing exceptional support and a user-centric approach to IT service delivery.

· Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across different departments.

· Certifications: Relevant certifications in ServiceNow, Dynamics 365 & BC, or ITIL are highly desirable.

· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities with ease.

· Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all support activities and system configurations.
