Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineer to join our team, specializing in Activity Change Control Management. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee all change control activities within the Online Charging System (OCS), Value-Added Services (VAS) applications, IT infrastructure, and other platforms. Your expertise will ensure that all changes are assessed for risk and impact, and you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation or timely rollback when necessary.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all change activities related to the Online Charging System (OCS), VAS applications, and IT infrastructure platforms/servers.

• Conduct thorough risk and impact assessments to evaluate the worst-case scenario for changes, ensuring proper approval by the Change Advisory Board (CAB).

• Manage step-by-step control of all change activities, including Charging & Billing System, Cloud platforms, IoT, MDCDR, and Big Data platforms.

• Establish and document procedures to handle abnormal situations during change activities, such as rollback or fallback decisions.

• Generate and submit activity performance reports, corrective action analysis, and feedback to owners and management teams.

• Coordinate impact assessments for all nodes involved in change control activities, ensuring all changes are executed with minimal disruption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• More 4 years of experience in change control management, preferably in a telecom or IT infrastructure environment.

• Strong understanding of Online Charging Systems (OCS), VAS applications, and IT infrastructure platforms.

• Experience in risk and impact assessment, as well as managing change-related activities for cloud platforms, IoT, MDCDR, and big data systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage abnormal situations and implement rollback/fallback procedures when needed.

• Proficiency in preparing performance reports, corrective action analysis, and other related documentation.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
