Chapter Lead, Associate Expert - R&D Analytics

In this role, you will:

• Provide technical leadership to data scientists and data engineers to ensure team success
• Work closely with business and engineering teams to identify challenges and design analytical solutions
• Build, evaluate and optimize advance analytics and machine learning models to enable predictive capabilities and intelligent insights
• Productionize analytical solutions and implement algorithms leveraging IoT data

We welcome candidates with:

• PhD/MSc or equivalent knowledge in data science, computer science or related quantitative fields
• Hands-on experience developing, deploying and managing analytical solutions at scale
• Expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience in CI/CD and DevOps
• Proven track record of leading and managing data teams, including data scientists and data engineers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Can-do attitude with a growth mindset
