Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analytics Executive with expertise in analyzing and optimizing first-party data within customer relationship management (CRM) and partner relationship management (PRM) systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leveraging first-party data to drive strategic decision-making, enhance customer and partner engagement, and support business growth.
- Analyze first-party data from CRM and PRM systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer and partner relationships based on data analysis.
- Optimize the performance of CRM and PRM systems to ensure data accuracy and effectiveness.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and CRM/PRM technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in analyzing first-party data within CRM and PRM systems.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, with expertise in data visualization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies to support business goals.
- Prior experience in a data analytics role is preferred.
