Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics Manager with expertise in analyzing and optimizing first-party data within customer relationship management (CRM) and partner relationship management (PRM) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging first-party data to drive strategic decision-making and improve customer and partner engagement.

  • Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations for effective communication of insights
  • Optimize data storage, connectivity, and retrieval processes and technology solutions
  • Implement data quality and integrity measures to ensure accurate and reliable analytics outputs
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance data analytics operations
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer and partner engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM and PRM platforms.
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements based on data analysis.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and CRM/PRM technology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, CRM, and PRM systems management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
