Job Description Summary

You will be responsible for overseeing and providing technical consultation on all AI products from ideation to operations. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing best AI engineering practices for scaling up AI POCs through LLMOPs/AIOPs/MLOps. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying customer requirements, mitigating risks, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends. Your ability to represent the company externally and advise the team on newer emerging AI trends and how and what we can adopt will be vital to the success of the organization.

 

Job Description

About the role:

You will be responsible for overseeing and providing technical consultation on all AI products from ideation to operations. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing best AI engineering practices for scaling up AI POCs through LLMOPs/AIOPs/MLOps. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying customer requirements, mitigating risks, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends. Your ability to represent the company externally and advise the team on newer emerging AI trends and how and what we can adopt will be vital to the success of the organization.

Essential Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in AI and ML with proficiency in Python/R, TensorFlow/PyTorch, SQL, PySpark, Deep Learning, AI practices, Transformers, and LLMs.

2. Must have implemented AI Ops, MLOps, LLMOps for AI products.

3. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS (Databricks/Dataiku), S3, SageMaker for efficient data processing.

4. Research and evaluate new technology trends for potential business applications.

5. Familiarity with AI Governance frameworks and policies, ensuring compliance and ethical practices.

6. Experience with web development frameworks like Flask, BottlePy, Django for creating interactive applications.

7. Strong understanding of data engineering and science principles, including preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

8. Experience in implementing and optimizing AI models, including deep learning and natural language processing.

9. Ability to develop and integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

10. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scaling the AI products through AI Ops, MLOps and LLMOps

2. Oversee and provide consultation on all technical aspects of projects, ensuring the implementation of best engineering practices and asset maintenance.

3. Fluent in identifying and gathering customer requirements, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, taking appropriate actions to avoid or minimize potential issues.

5. Stay well-informed and adept with prominent technology trends to leverage them for improved project performance.

6. Represent the company in external-facing avenues, such as conferences and industry events, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.

7. Advise the team on potential data sources, enabling them to make informed decisions and streamline processes.

8. Manage, negotiate, and oversee vendor works, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of tasks.

9. Ensure the quality of project delivery, overseeing processes and standards to meet or exceed client expectations.

10. Research market trends in product and technologies, proposing innovative solutions to address business problems effectively.
