Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Manages an analytical team including hire/fire, performance reviews, assignment of work, and development decisions. Ensures team delivers deadline-driven, accurate, and insightful analyses and reports. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Analytical model design using SQL, Snowflake, and Teradata; Data management and controls using Tableau and Archer GRC; Audit and analytical testing of models and tools including Snowflake, Python, Tableau, R; Automated testing using process tools including Blue Prism; Marketing Analytics Optimization using big data tools including Hadoop, Snowflake, and AWS.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $166,842 to $190,000. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
