We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in PySpark, Power BI, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining PySpark notebooks and analytics solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data systems that drive critical business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable notebooks using PySpark.
• Develop and optimize data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI.
• Work with datasets and perform data transformations using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide accurate solutions.
• Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and optimization of data processes.
• Implement best practices in data engineering, including data governance, security, and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience with PySpark in building and managing notebooks.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation and transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI
• Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries.
• Experience in building data models and visualizations in Power BI to support business insights.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ETL tools and data orchestration frameworks.
• Expertise in DAX for advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with datasets.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
