Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled BI Engineer with expertise in PowerBI data modeling to design and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating efficient data models, optimizing SQL Server databases for reporting, and ensuring data accuracy for decision-making. This role focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights through interactive reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on PowerBI and data warehousing.
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, dbt, Airflow, Python, and Git.
• Expertise in data warehousing principles and query optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PowerBI data models and complex data warehousing solutions.
• Build and manage ETL pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and Python.
• Optimize SQL Server datamarts for performance and reliability.
• Implement version control using Git for data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
