Senior Software Development Engineer ( Python, AI/ML, OpenAI, Azure)

Designs, creates and tests new products, systems and services. Engages cross-functionally with other technical / engineering teams to define product requirements, determine mechanical, physical and software design direction, develop concepts, drive production processes, test prototypes and make real time adjustments to improve performance and functionality.

1. Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and version control with programming skills in languages such as Python and its libraries
2. Good understanding of LLMs (like GPT4, Llama3), advanced RAG, vector databases (like FAISS, Milvus, etc.) and frameworks (like Langchain or LlamaIndex)
3. Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure and AWS working with Azure AI search, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML workspace, AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock, etc.
4. Experience with multimodal learning, finetuning and multimodal embeddings like text and image embedding models, including transformers, attention mechanisms, and GANs
5. Proficient with data engineering and concepts to work with structured and unstructured data
6. Well-versed in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
7. Knowledge of AI multi-agent systems and workflow using frameworks like Langchain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.
8. Familiar with tools and libraries like PandasAI, Langfuse, etc. and integrations.
9. Perform as a self-motivated software engineer, designing and implementing portions of a next-generation enterprise product.
10. Focus on delivering working results meeting the given functional requirements and quality attributes.
11. Flexible working as a contributing member of a small collaborative team.
12. Strong problem-solving skills.
13. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Experience in AI platforms.
• Working Experience/Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• The ability to learn new technologies quickly 

Preferred Qualifications

• Education : B.E. in computers/Information technology
