Anaconda is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst III to join our rapidly growing company. You will have an opportunity to work with key stakeholders in the company including leadership, operations, and data science and engineering, to measure what matters to the success of the organization. This role will utilize your program managing skills to gather metrics information and building data resources that support revenue growth, decision making, and cost savings.

What You'll Do:

  • Support informed decision-making throughout the company by ensuring high data quality & integrity, building reports & dashboards, and conducting analyses.

  • Consult with departments across the company to measure what matters for the success of the business - gathering feedback, iterating, and making recommendations to ensure success is measured and aligned with business objectives. 

  • Manage data projects and/or programs as needed, ensuring work is planned, assigned, and completed in a timely manner.

  • Deliver effective and engaging reports and presentations, instructing end users on how to use and interpret the data and resources provided.

  • Ensure data accessibility and distribution by supporting ad-hoc data requests, creating and automating reporting, and managing routine distribution of regular reports to stakeholders.

  • Deliver quantitative and qualitative insights for strategic projects

  • Conduct ROI analysis in partnership with business stakeholders

  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., business, finance, operations management, data analytics, economics, statistics, etc.).

  • Expertise in creating dashboards in a data visualization tool, with preference for Tableau. 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in project/program management

  • Proficient in SQL 

  • Experience creating reports and analyzing data in a CRM like Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP

  • Experience using a Cloud data warehouse, such as  Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.

  • Strengths in influencing - you are great at selling ideas and persuading others, helping others see the value in accomplishing company wide goals together.

  • Great communication skills–you can boil down complex technical concepts into easily understandable language, and can speak about data in terms of the business insights it provides. 

  • Understanding of data security considerations and how to ensure data is handled in sensitive ways.

  • Expertise in Tableau - sharing a portfolio is a plus!

  • Program or project management experience/certification
