We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Data Engagement and Execution Lead to play a key role in VMO2's Data Democratisation initiative. In this role, you will be a driving force in putting our data strategy into action, ensuring efficient execution of data initiatives, and maximising the adoption and impact of data solutions across the organisation. You will work closely with the Head of Data Experience and Adoption to translate strategic vision into tangible outcomes, with a strong focus on user engagement, best practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Proven experience in data enablement, project management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality best practices.
• Experience in operationalising data strategies and driving data adoption initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
