Job Description:

The Analyst, Analytics & Data Products will report to OneOncology’s Sr. Manager, Analytics & Data Products. This role will support projects carried out by teams across the organization by generating insights and delivering actionable information to OneOncology and its partner practices. This role will also provide a robust introduction to the healthcare and oncology industries, providing insight into how analytics can be used to inform strategy and improve performance of care delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Performing analyses on large data sets, including EHR, biomarker, and clinical data to understand trends

  • Creating dashboards to provide users with insight on clinical characteristics and performance

  • Improving data warehouse capabilities by optimizing data models to integrate diverse datasets

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand how analytics can be used to support clinical initiatives and real-world evidence projects

  • Developing deliverables to communicate findings to OneOncology, partner practices, and strategic partners

  • Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Key Competencies

  • An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in SQL a plus; desire to learn SQL and data modeling principles a must

  • Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools a plus

  • Familiarity with / working knowledge of the healthcare industry

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 0-3 years’ work experience; experience working for a consulting firm, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or other similar organization a plus

  • Genuine interest in learning about and working in the oncology space
