Are you ready to take on the role of a Software Engineer? Imagine yourself as someone who designs and develops web-based services for our Ridiculously Awesome applications! Your mission: to build scalable applications with a strong sense of ownership.

As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Elixir Development: Knowledgeable in terms of Elixir, Phoenix and Ecto AI Model Development: You’ll develop and deploy AI models and algorithms, drawing on your expertise in Elixir, Python, or other relevant functional languages.(not required but is a plus) Database Development: Create databases, including writing queries, triggers, and stored procedures. Integration with Business Systems: Implement AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing business systems, enhancing functionality and user interaction. AI Expertise: Leverage your experience in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), Generative artificial intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), and/or computer vision.(not required but is a plus) Front-End Development: Experience with React front-end development is a plus. AWS Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS infrastructure is a plus. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to brainstorm requirements and provide effective solutions. Documentation: Document and demonstrate solutions through clear documentation and flowcharts. Best Practices: Follow established development tools, guidelines, and conventions. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to define project features and requirements. Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and make necessary corrections. Defect Resolution: Address application defects and issues promptly. Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documents according to project standards. Timely Delivery: Collaborate with leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time. System Enhancement: Analyze business objectives and identify areas for system modification and improvement.
