Our Data Intelligence unit is at the center of all other units in the company facilitating data-driven decision making. How you’ll make an impact:

  • Analyze and generate insights on user behavior and marketing campaign performance through data exploration
  • Fine-tune and improve how we measure marketing performance via our many channels
  • Support and consult colleagues in marketing on data-driven decision making and testing
  • Setup, calibrate, and execute A/B tests to generate actionable insights for our marketing teams
  • Provide high-quality analytical support by enabling reporting & meta-analysis
  • Shape the data vision of selected company-level projects
  • Collect and translate business problems across different teams into data requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find, define, and validate business opportunities and problems worth solving
  • Utilize statistical techniques to aid your analysis and insights 

What you'll need to thrive:

  • Proven minimum of 6 years' work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with focus on statistics, data exploration, and visualization
  • Good knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language, preferably R or Python
  • Experience with big data technologies such as BigQuery
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of some key techniques like hypothesis testing, cluster analysis, regression, factor analysis, decision trees, etc.
  • Ability to break down complex projects into a clear well-defined set of needed actions and prioritize your work effectively 
  • Good communication skills for dealing with non-technical stakeholders in a clear and straightforward way
  • Solid written and verbal English communication skills

  • Knowledge and usage of dashboarding tools like Tableau and Looker
  • Understanding of the marketing ecosystem
