We are seeking a talented Trade Relations Senior Data Engineer to spearhead the development and support of our Trade Relations data mart. This crucial role reports directly to the Director of Trade Relations and is pivotal in delivering actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Way: Drive full-stack solutions independently, owning data models and executing ETL functions.
• Software Development: Participate in all aspects of software development, from research and design to the maintenance of our data marts.
• Team Collaboration: Build and nurture positive relationships with multi-layered teams and staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Data Integrity: Monitor interfaces/jobs and support on-call activities to maintain operational efficiency.
• Innovate and Integrate: Lead new integration initiatives, designing tables and models to support business growth and refining databases for optimal performance.
• Insight Development: Create tools that facilitate actionable insights and work closely with the Trade Relations team to ensure data quality and organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in data management, including the creation, maintenance, and optimization of data models.
• Technical Skills: 5+ years of ETL experience with PL/SQL and expertise in database querying, stored procedures, and schema definition.
• ETL Tools: Proficiency with tools such as SnapLogic, Informatica, ADF, or MuleSoft.
• Mentorship: Ability to share knowledge and mentor team members.
• Adaptability: Fast learner with a strong appetite for continuous learning and new tools.
• Industry Knowledge: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical rebate management or PBM, with analytical skills using tools like Excel and BI.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
