Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Central Planner who will be responsible for  SCM planning processes, identifying and executing projects to improve End to End  planning processes which can deliver advanced capabilities & best practices in SCM planning. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of monthly Supply chain planning process like Demand planning, Supply planning & Material planning , S&OP through Kinaxis & ERP systems with defined timelines.
  • Actively participate in the SCM digital initiatives & driving projects to  deliver the defined objectives
  • Ensure accuracy of system generated plans and drive adoption of the same with Demand & supply planners. 
  • Root cause analysis for non-adoption of system plans & improving the process, logics & eliminating system issues for adherence to system plans.
  • Ensure master data governance of SCM planning.
  • Delivering on the identified Continuous process improvement actions through project management & CFT collaboration.
  • Measure, track & delivery on process metrics like plan adherence, master data errors, functional KPIs
  • Standardizations & Digitization of Supply chain Metrics for tracking and management reporting
  • Work with Kinaxis & SAP SMEs to configure and improve planning system processes
  • Analysis of various data sets to drive insights & action plans aimed at overall improvement of planning process

Qualifications

Education Qualification – MBA with Specialization in Supply chain / Operations.
 
Minimum Experience Required- 5-7 years of experience in Supply chain  & Manufacturing  in a Pharma/ FMCG organization.
 
Skills & attributes

 

  • Proficient in SAP R/3 modules, specifically Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD). 
  • End to end Supply chain planning processes understanding
  • Holistic approach & Systems thinking
  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decision
  • Excellent communication & Presentation skills
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Supply Chain planning processes and tools, including ERP and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of finance, logistics, manufacturing
  • Broad understanding of Indian Pharma industry
