Knowledge & Experience 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in Dev or ML Ops 
  • Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements in Dev/ML Ops with a focus on team productivity and quality 
  • Experience with leveraging reliable CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins 
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Go and bash 
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, CRDs and networking 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive best in class solutions while maintaining simplicity 
  • Proven history of getting things done (e.g., not just a thinker, but someone capable of delivering high quality code and finishing the job) 
  • Team player – able to share, mentor and code review, with the ability to adapt to the latest development techniques. 
  • Eligible for up to a top-secret security clearance.  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Understanding of Kubernetes and the associated scaling techniques within a Kubernetes environment  
  • Enterprise development experience (multi-tier applications, high availability).  
  • Agile development techniques including the use of automated unit and integration tests.  
  • Strong desire to learn machine learning frameworks (e.g. KServe/Seldon Core, Triton, MLFlow)  
  • Linux experience. 
  • Multi-team development environment experience

How We Work   

As an HR Specialist, you will be expected to work in a remote/hybrid environment reporting to our Kanata, Ontario location 2 or more times per week.
