The role ✨
We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will join our Analytics team. Your role will be to use data to proactively identify and solve some of the biggest challenges and opportunities for Stuart, specifically around how to better incentivise our supply engagement and ensure Stuart is highly reliable for its clients. Your role is key to uncover and provide actionable insights to achieve our company goals mainly through analysis and quantitative experiments.
You will report to Alexandra Tardiff (Analytics Manager, based in Paris).

What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Provide insights and make recommendations: Conduct analysis and experiments to find the biggest opportunities for Stuart to improve the engagement of our supply and optimize performance for our clients. Communicate and share your work with stakeholders to get your ideas implemented.
  • Define metrics: Identify the best way to measure objectives, product features and/or operational projects in your domain.
  • Build data models to ensure you have the data you need to do great analytics quickly. At Stuart we follow a data mesh approach, where analysts have the autonomy to build data pipelines while using shared core datasets, common tools and standards to ensure consistency. We use DBT for this which is easy to learn if you know SQL.
  • Implement and maintain a limited set of dashboards covering the domain you own as an analyst.

What do we need from you? 😎

  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant data role. Data analytics, product analytics or similar.
  • Proven track record: You have experience using data driven decisions to deliver business results.
  • Great communication skills. Able to communicate analytical results clearly to a non-technical audience. You communicate recommendations and “so whats” from your work effectively. You are able to influence stakeholders to take action based on your recommendations.
  • Strong technical skills. Expert in SQL, knowledge of Python and at least one of DBT, Tableau, Superset, Looker or equivalent.
  • Proactive strategic skills: Identifying opportunities where analytics can have impact and acting on them without the need of others (manager or stakeholder) to bring them up. You are then able to build an analytics plan in the domain you own from a general business objective.
  • English skills are a must.

The stuff you wanna know 😉

  • Work in an international, dynamic and passionate environment with a company culture focused on learning and development 🎉
  • Hybrid working model and flexible hours ✨

  • Current benefits include :
  • Meal Vouchers (40zł daily‎) 🥗
  • Stuart Academy, offering a wide range of upskilling and development opportunities 🎓
  • Wellness Allowance with our partner Juno 171.00 zł (monthly) 🧘
  • Private healthcare provided by Luxmed 🧑‍⚕️
  • Work-from-Abroad policy (enjoy 30 days per year working from anywhere!) 🏞
At Stuart, we believe that employees today want to evolve in collaborative, high-growth environments where they can demonstrate their abilities and thrive both professionally and personally. We are convinced that employees need to find alignment between their inner values and their company’s culture and mission to unlock their full potential. We work to create a culture of empowerment, continuous learning and growth where everyone can bring expertise, own projects and easily measure their impact 🙌
Stuart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to promoting diversity. We don’t discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status 💙
Please note: Our Talent Acquisition Team is international coming from across the world 🌍 We kindly ask you to please submit your CV and application in English so that it can be reviewed correctly (unless the job posting is in a language other than English). Thank you 🤗
