Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering in order to achieve business excellence. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter, which performs the same processes and participates in common projects.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:
►Empower Decision-Making: You'll ensure relevant data is available in the required format for regular monitoring of quality performance.
►Automate for Visibility: You'll develop automated solutions to enhance data visibility on a daily basis.
►Boost Analytical Skills: You'll support the organization in developing analytical competencies across the team.
►Engage in Continuous Learning: You'll embrace the opportunity to learn something new every day.

Key Responsibilities:
►Data Analysis Tools: You'll create powerful data analysis tools using SAP, Power BI, SAP Analysis for Office, ETL (KNIME), RedLake, Power Automate, and BI Launchpad.
►Global Data Consolidation: You'll consolidate data from various regions and Business Units using Oracle - SQL and ETL (KNIME) to ensure reporting accuracy.
►KPI Coordination: You'll collect, consolidate, and validate data for various KPIs and prepare it for in-depth analysis.
►Support & Training: You'll develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support end-users and process owners in utilizing reports and analytical tools.
►Innovative Automation: You'll conceptualize and develop automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Who You Are:
►Analytical Pro: You have a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
►Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using data analysis tools like Power BI, SAP, and Oracle - SQL.
►Collaborative: Excellent at coordinating with various stakeholders to gather and validate data.
►Problem Solver: Innovative mindset with a passion for developing automation solutions.
►Communicator: Able to communicate assertively with stakeholders and effectively summarize and deliver digital content to the organization.
►Experienced: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
