Data Analyst - Temporary Worker

Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst Temporary hire (6 months) to assist with the implementation of SR quality measures and KYC first-line controls. This is a critical project that will help ensure compliance and improve performance across key areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Quality Metrics Integration: Work with the First Line of Defense and KYC Regulatory Excellence team to integrate SR quality metrics into relationship planning.
• Problem Identification: Use established metrics to identify underperforming SRs and develop action plans to address issues, ensuring full completion of objectives.
• KYC Compliance: Assist in establishing strong first-line controls for KYC compliance, including conducting regular training sessions for sales teams on updated procedures.
• Quality Control Reporting: Help develop and maintain quality control reports to monitor the effectiveness of KYC processes, highlighting discrepancies in new account setups.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining quality control reports and presenting findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with teams such as First Line of Defense, KYC Regulatory Excellence, and sales.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to detect discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred):

• In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Risk Management.
• Degrees in related fields such as Compliance or Operations Management.
