BUSINESS UNIT

Enterprise Solutions is a business unit in HRS which integrates multiple solutions through the interchange of information from various business processes and related databases. Working in Enterprise Solutions means working on our core systems which enable our business processes on a daily basis.

POSITION

As a Product Designer in our Lodging and Meeting as a Service product offering, you will craft cutting-edge user experiences for corporate decision makers, bookers, travelers, suppliers, and many more. You'll be integral to defining AI-driven interfaces and conversational AI solutions, ensuring seamless, user-centric experiences that simplify complex workflows. 

CHALLENGE

• Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with Product Managers (PMs) and cross-functional teams to guide AI product development during discovery phases, contributing directly to the roadmap and aligning with company goals through collaborative, user-focused design. 
• Conversational Design Mastery: Lead in creating conversational AI flows, designing intuitive dialog systems powered by large language models (LLMs). Shape AI-driven user experiences through rapid prototyping and feedback cycles. 
• User-Centric Insights: Conduct continous user research including interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing to understand and refine user interactions with both the platform and AI-powered features. Incorporate insights into creating impactful designs. 
• Interactive Prototyping: Develop highly detailed, pixel-perfect designs and interactive prototypes that showcase conversational flows, improving engagement across the platform. 
• Systematize and Scale: Contribute to evolving the design system, ensuring all elements are aligned with AI-driven experiences and scaled across different touchpoints for both B2B and B2C users. 
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with internal and external teams to push the boundaries of AI-powered user interfaces, fostering a feedback-driven design culture. Ensure designs are consistent with enterprise-grade conversational AI experiences. 

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

• Proven Design Expertise: Several years of UX/UI design experience in B2B, especially with AI-powered or conversational experiences. A portfolio showcasing how you've simplified complex interactions into intuitive, user-centric designs. 
• AI and Conversational AI Proficiency: Experience working with AI-driven systems like chatbots or voice assistants. Understanding of prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and LLM-based conversational designs. Experience with platforms like TensorFlow, NLUs, and frameworks for conversational AI. 
• Tools of the Trade: Deep knowledge of industry-standard tools like Figma, Miro, Dovetail, and experience with design system management. Exposure to HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus for integrating with AI-driven systems. 
• Data-Driven Design: Familiarity with using user research methodologies, analytics, and usability testing to guide iterative design improvements. Ability to create personas, scenarios, and user journeys based on gathered data. 
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership experience or a desire to mentor junior designers is a big plus.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
