THE ROLE AND THE TEAMIn the fast-paced environment of DTC (Direct-to-consumer) “Managed Services”, the Data Optimisation Manager (DOM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the marketplace expansion and growth of both new and established brands. The DOM supports both emerging and established brands by managing their product data, resolving categorisation and channel data issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will take ownership of brand-specific tasks while assisting the Senior Data Optimisation Manager with strategic projects. As DOM you focus on customer relations, providing excellent career development opportunities across cross-functional teams.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)Customer Experience: Serve as a key point of contact for emerging and established brands. Manage relationships with clients, ensuring they receive high-quality service and data optimisation.
Data Quality & Optimisation: Ensure daily BAU tasks related to data optimisation are completed efficiently, with a focus on data quality and enhancements.
Ownership & Responsibility: Take ownership of the data enhancement process for assigned brands, resolving categorisation issues and improving data accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with your team members and other departments such as Customer Success Management .
Project Management: Assist the Senior Data Optimisation Manager with strategic projects and manage data optimisation tasks for both emerging and established brands.
You have a degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field
German language skills are a must, as well as proficiency in English. Turkish is a plus!
You have strong communication skills and enjoy managing client relationships to drive successful outcomes.
Knowledge of SQL & Python and other data automation tools would be an advantage
Knowledge of TB.One, AWS, VS Code or Google Looker is a plus.
You bring proven experience in data optimisation or a similar role, ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace context.
You’re passionate about improving data workflows and driving efficiency across teams.
