We are Central Software Engineering (CSE), a team of over 100 engineering and product professionals spanning Prague, New Jersey, and Singapore. Our mission is to deliver innovative digital solutions that drive our company's strategic objectives through deep business and technical expertise. Collaborating with various divisions like research, manufacturing, and commercial, we build custom software solutions that enhance our patients' lives through technology.
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end development of custom software solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work on multiple products at various stages of development and maturity, ensuring each one meets our quality standards and aligns with our strategic goals. By engaging in product discovery, defining product requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions meet both user needs and organizational objectives.
What will you do?
Product Discovery & Definition: Conduct business and user research to define product vision and roadmap.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.
Backlog Management: Prioritize features and tasks to maximize product value and align with strategic objectives.
User-Centric Design: Advocate for exceptional user experiences in all product developments.
Communication: Clearly articulate product updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics to inform product enhancements and measure success.
SDLC Oversight: Participate in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, ensuring all phases from requirements gathering to deployment are effectively executed.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, including AI technologies like GenAI and LLMs, to enhance product innovation.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience (e.g., 3+ years in product management roles).
Proven experience in product management within a software development context, with a track record of delivering successful software products from conception to launch.
Familiarity with product discovery techniques and tools.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies, including agile and waterfall.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Nice to have
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Background in product design or user research.
Exposure to startup environments and/or modern product methodologies.
Hands-on experience with software development in any programming language.
Understanding of AI technologies, primarily GenAI and LLMs.
Product Management certificates.
