Role Mission
Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their core engineering team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to drive insights and efficiencies. You will play a key role in analyzing data, creating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.

Deliverables

  • Analyze data from various sources to forecast critical events that inform operational strategies.
  • Input predictions into different market systems to support decision-making related to resource optimization.
  • Propose enhancements to forecasting models and demonstrate potential scenarios for load curves.
  • Assess and report on the accuracy of predictions, identifying areas for future improvement.
  • Create comprehensive documentation to expand internal knowledge and support team initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, data science, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of efforts.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance operational performance and scalability, contributing to the overall growth of the company's asset portfolio.

About You

  • Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Python
