Job Description:Project Support:
- Support the project team in building and maintaining relationships within the district.
- Update and revise Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols as needed.
- Assist the project team with the implementation of research interventions.
Participant Management:
- Conduct participant interviews to gather qualitative data.
- Lead participant recruitment efforts, oversee data collection, and ensure data cleaning processes are followed.
- Maintain and update project pre-registrations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with post-award personnel to ensure grant timelines are adhered to.
- Contribute to project dissemination through conference presentations, research manuscripts, and policy briefs.
Extensive travel is required
Expected Salary:$75,000- $85,000
Minimum Requirements:Master’s degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:• PhD (Completed or ABD with plan to complete by end of 2024) in Special Education, Educational Psychology, or related field
• Experience working as a special education teacher, principal, or district leader
• Experience supporting funded research projects
• Record of successful collaboration with school districts
• Experience managing complex research projects
• Experience collecting data in school settings
