You will join our AI & Robotics Platform team which is responsible for managing the AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platforms, on which we’re implementing use cases to provide value for our customers. As a Platform Engineer you will engineer, implement and maintain our RPA and AI Platforms in close collaboration with the Software Engineers that are building on top of these. Furthermore, you develop deployment pipelines, integrations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform. You’ll also collaborate closely with software vendors, influencing their roadmaps and working on co-development efforts. You’ll play a key role in providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime of AI & RPA use cases.

 

 

What You Will Do 

• evaluate, engineer, deploy and maintain the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and AI Platforms
• manage the underlying infrastructure on-prem and in the public cloud in a secure and compliant manner using Infrastructure as Code
• engineer and maintain plugins, integrations and additional functionalities on our Platforms for others to build on, and support developers around our AI services and Azure Cloud Services 
• work closely with the vendors, Software Engineers and other teams on solution designs, to enhance efficiency, providing expert guidance and evolve the platform and delivery process 
• provide ongoing support and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency of the RPA and AI Platforms including Robots and AI Use Cases

 

What You Bring

• experienced in managing enterprise applications on-prem or in the public cloud
• strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Kubernetes Deployments, Azure Kubernetes Service, Helm Charts, Helmfiles, ArgoCD, and Azure ACR
• good knowledge in Azure Cloud and Azure AI services (OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, Postgres, Application Gateway/WAF)
• knowledge in Python, AI fundamentals and experience with Generative AI is a big advantage
• experience working with Blue Prism or cloud core services (networking, security, storage and IAM) including PaaS services (Postgres, Node/Next.js) with their operation, configuration options and Blueprint creation
• positive, proactive and result-driven team player with high sense for quality, strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset, willing to continuously learn & adapt in the field of AI & automation
• fluency in English (verbal and writing) and able to present. German, Spanish or Polish is an advantage
