We are currently transforming Sinch HR, to be fit for purpose for the future. This includes the design of new global HR processes, implementation of new HR technology and improved ways of working, with the establishment of a Global HR Operations capability. 

To strengthen HR Operations, we are now looking for a HR Data Management Specialist.

 

About the role

The HR Data Management Specialist is responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HR data within the organization. The role involves adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and supporting the organization in maintaining best practices in data governance.

Key responsibilities:

HR Data Management

  • Update and maintain organizational and employee data in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and security.
  • Regularly audit HR data to identify and rectify inconsistencies, inaccuracies or errors.
  • Develop and implement data entry protocols and data management best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to enhance data management processes, tools and efficiency.

 

Compliance

  • Ensure HR data and processes comply with local, national, and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g GDPR), and industry standards and update HR policies and practices accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulartory authorities as required.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.

 

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate HR reports and dashboards for management and other stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide insights into HR strategy and development.

 

HR Operations team member

  • Serve as second line support to HR Service Centre and back up as first line when needed.

The role is part of the Global HR Operations team and is based at our HQ in Stockholm. It reports to the Regional HR Operations Manager APAC/EMEA, who will be based in India.

This is a great opportunity to join a newly created team and build the HR OPS capabilities globally.

 

About You

To be successful in the role you have a real passion for HR, Data and communication and you love working in a global environment! You have excellent communication skills. You have strong understanding of HR IS platforms and data management principles and good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage HR data.

  • Proficiency in using HR systems, working with data and analytics
  • Experience of help desk software systems to manage inquiries, track tickets, and document resolutions
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service within HR.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, processes and audit experience.
  • Knowledge of data laws, regulations and compliance standards
