About the team

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Marketing & Education Analyst II to be a key contributor on our Digital Marketing team at WorldPay. This individual will work closely with other departments to transform data into a target audience for marketing communications geared towards lead acquisition, partner relationships, and customer retention.  This position is also responsible for data integrity through Worldpay systems to ensure that data cleaning is consistent and that we maintain a structured approach to data management.

The ideal candidate is a proven marketing professional, comfortable working within multiple CRMs to meet marketing campaign requirements, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to enhance all marketing efforts

What you’ll own

The digital marketing team at Worldpay, is a global team of curious, analytical, and innovative experts who are responsible for building, maintaining and leading all aspects of our Marketing Team’s technology, digital campaigns, data, and lead/revenue growth

  • Perform lead acquisition tasks to grow our prospect environment across multiple lines of business within Worldpay. Lead acquisition can stem from events, vendor data, landing page submissions, website submissions, paid media, and social media.

  • Manage data in multiple CRMs to create a target audience for each marketing communication initiative adhering to data privacy preferences within each system. 

  • For each campaign, take a proactive role in following the data through the process flow to aid in successfully capturing analytics.

  • Work with stakeholders in a consultative role regarding data quality, marketing initiatives, and campaign measurement. Provide insights and drive action to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Enforce data governance within the user community by cleaning data and participating in establishing and executing data governance guidelines.

  • Administer strong problem-solving skills to isolate inefficiencies, communicate possibilities for improvement, and plan how to implement agreed upon changes.

  • Participate in the team’s goals to automate as many data aggregation processes as possible.  This will include overseeing data within a Snowflake environment, managing data with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, as well as Google Analytics.

  • Collaborate with our growing data, campaign automation, and analytics teams to leverage audience segmentation and insights to optimize each marketing campaign. 

  • Liaise with sales and operations to ensure successful execution and alignment with revenue goals

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience working in data and analytic functions in a B2B company.

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Excel proficiency

  • Ability work in a team environment contributing to overall team success.

  • Expertise in data governance, creating efficient uses of our internal data, and consistent reporting.

  • Clear communication skills to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.

  • Strong technical skills regarding database relationships, software integrations and overall database hierarchies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Capable in thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment with shifting priorities.

  • Familiarity with global compliance regulations related to data privacy and marketing practices.
