Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs. Duties and tasks are multifaceted and sophisticated needing independent judgment. Fully proficient in own area of expertise.

We are inviting professionals with 3 or more years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics to join  our team, working on next generation Cloud transactional Supply Chain Management (SCM)  analytics.  This is a great opportunity to build on your reputation as an accomplished software engineer, development leader, communicator and teammate with a track record for quality, innovation and delivery. We are a diverse team working on creating premier advanced transactional Supply Chain Management analytics Cloud solution using Oracle technologies.
1. Working within a highly successful product organization you will work with a cross geography team of engineers in developing next generation cloud based business intelligence and performance management applications.
2. You will work closely with Oracle’s executive product development team and engage in activities across the full development lifecycle working with product management, development, QA and documentation teams, marketing, sales and support to deliver premier product functionality.
3. Work closely with BI Technologies, ERP and SCM Application teams to design and develop BI products that integrate with business process flows and also provide real-time Business Intelligence capabilities.
 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
We are seeking experience with the following technologies/domains:
 
1. 2+ years in software engineering for any large-scale commercial product development and quality assurance initiatives focused on Business Intelligence in the areas of SCM or ERP. 
2. Very strong knowledge of relational databases concepts, data warehousing, SQL and hands-on experience with any analytics tools such as OBIEE.  Experience in advanced analytics and data science related development initiatives is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of one or more key SCM or ERP functional domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Financials, etc.).
4. Experience delivering applications within cloud/SAAS/multi-tenancy environments and integrating the products you have developed with leading business applications from SCM, ERP and/or vertical industry vendors.
5. Highly effective speaker able to deliver clear, concise executive briefings.
6. Prior experience and demonstrated ability to design quality into a product from day one with experience of test automation technologies, and industry proven development methodologies.
7. Tenacious systems thinker, able to look at complex architectural and business problems from a variety of perspectives and drive forwards solutions requiring collaboration across multiple teams and functions.
8. Bachelors in Computer Science is ideal/Masters preferred.

9. Knowledge of Python and Java

10. Knowledge of AI, ML, GenAI.

US: Hiring Range: from $62,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
