The Senior RPA Developer designs and implements RPA solutions, primarily with Automation Anywhere, enhancing business processes through automation.

Responsibilities include solution architecture, testing, code reviews, cross-platform integration, and stakeholder collaboration. Key skills required: advanced programming, cloud environments, API integration, and database automation.

Skills Requirements

• RPA Platforms: 5+ years of experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere.
  
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath or Power Automate.
  
• Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, Python, or JavaScript to build complex automations and integrations.
  
• Cloud Automation: Familiarity with cloud-based RPA solutions and deploying automations in SaaS/PaaS environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  

Requirements

• Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere. Collaborate on additional automation solutions leveraging UiPath and/or Power Automate as secondary tools.
  
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and provide recommendations for process improvements using RPA.
  
• Solution Architecture: Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  
• Cross-Platform Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with various applications and databases, ensuring smooth execution across platforms and tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate).
  
• Testing and Debugging: Lead and participate in end-to-end testing of automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
  
• Code Review & Best Practices: Conduct regular code reviews, promote RPA development best practices, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  
• Component Development: Develop reusable automation components that can be used across multiple projects, reducing development time and increasing efficiency.
  
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and technical specifications for RPA solutions.
  
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT teams to ensure RPA solutions align with business needs.
  
• Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA implementations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
  
• Automation Expertise: In-depth understanding of RPA lifecycle, from requirement gathering, process design, development, and testing to deployment and monitoring.
  
• AI & ML Integration: Knowledge of integrating AI/ML technologies, such as intelligent document processing, OCR, or NLP, into automation workflows is a plus.
  
• APIs & Integrations: Experience with integrating RPA solutions via APIs, working with REST/SOAP web services, and automating data exchange between systems.
  
• Databases & Reporting: Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and the ability to automate data extraction, manipulation, and reporting processes.
  
• Agile Methodology: Experience in working with agile development teams and participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, provide guidance, and ensure that team members are following RPA best practices.
  
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation challenges and implement effective solutions.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present automation insights to non-technical stakeholders.
