Summary of Job Duties:
The Data and Report Coordinator position focuses on reviewing, coordinating, organizing, and enforcing reporting standards and accuracy when providing data to stakeholders. This position assists the Assistant Director with organizing complex data requests and collections, provides support for the programmers, and allows more flexibility with data requests by optimizing and organizing recurring requests and surveys. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.
Qualifications:
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and provide common data forms to programmers and collect data from these forms to complete survey requests;
- Optimize and organize reports and presentations created and used by OIRA staff;
- Coordinate rebranding efforts and enforce branding standards for reports sent to external stakeholders. Also, coordinate with staff to make changes to branding on their reports as needed;
Coordinate data collection for non-regulatory surveys and compile the data for the surveys to ensure accuracy and timely submissions; - Review general communications sent to external stakeholders (such as pamphlets, brochures, presentation materials, and memos) to ensure proper tone, grammar, and overall office standards;
- Ensure documentation for projects is collected and maintained by programming staff;
- Facilitate and coordinate feedback sessions and surveys, collect data from these sessions and surveys, and provide that information in a report to the Assistant Director whenever needed;
- Review data and reports for oddities, inconsistencies, and general data quality checks as a second viewer to ensure high-quality data is presented to stakeholders;
- Coordinate IT Tickets for Purchasing/Procurement;
- Handle Budget and Procurement tasks for the Office.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience with Apple/Mac and PC;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access;
- Workday knowledge.
