Team Summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. Managed Services is one arm of VCA focused on delivering capability and expertise to clients.

Projects you will be a part of:

This role will play a critical role in delivering our premium benefits to issuers and card holders through Managed Services a new business line which is in high demand from our clients. Once established in our initial clients, this role will support the scaling of these services across other markets in AP.

Why this is important to Visa

Based in Bangalore, this role will support key clients across Asia Pacific. The role will help to scale our Managed Services benefits capabilities which will support Visa’s ambition of diversifying our revenue. You will support the operations aspects of the benefits to deliver quality reporting internally and to our issuers. You will own key internal stakeholder relationships with Visa teams and our vendors as well as supporting our clients. This will ultimately ensure a superior customer experience to their Visa card holders.

What an Analyst, Managed Services Benefits does at Visa:

The core responsibilities of the role include:

Operations Delivery Support

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the benefits across the region ensuring invoices are checked for accuracy, processed, and paid on time.
  • Support internal and external client utilization reporting.
  • Create relationships with vendors, supporting the onboarding new vendors and managing existing vendors.
  • Work with internal partners such as sourcing, finance and legal, building strong relationships to optimize processes and delivery.
  • Support proposals for projects.
  • Support the resolution of customer escalations.
  • Support other Managed Services projects as needed.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience working with vendors and suppliers; including compiling work statements.
  • Strong team orientation with a collaborative and flexible style; able to work effectively in a matrixed organisation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across a regional team.
  • Excellent detail orientation & analytical skills, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigour in work product
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, results-oriented individual
  • 5+ years professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Expert user of Microsoft office tools especially Advanced excel.
  • Dashboard creation using MS excel

What will also help:

  • Ideally worked in project management, vendor management and/or procurement functions
  • Knowledge of the cards and/or premium benefits landscape
  • Power BI is a plus
