Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in data analysis and project management, helping to enhance our recruitment processes and improve our talent acquisition strategies. You will report to Global Head of Talent Acquisition directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Assist in gathering and cleaning recruitment data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and provide insights that support hiring strategies.
- Reporting: Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to the Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders.
- Model Development: Support the development of basic predictive models to forecast hiring needs and candidate success.
- Research: Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand their data needs and assist in optimizing recruitment processes.
- Documentation: Document processes and methodologies used in data analysis and modeling for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts; familiarity with tools such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Powerpoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data in a clear manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
