We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about their work, adapts easily, and shares our company values! 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on multiple deliverables in parallel, and be comfortable receiving reporting requirements and translating these into solutions. In addition to, prioritizing and communicating progress and blockers effectively. 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Investigate, prioritise, and document anomalies
    • Use Excels skills to accomplish tasks of more complex nature (vlookups, pivot tables, IF conditions..)
    • Ensure data accuracy
    • Improve operations/processes for the team by identifying trends
    • Implement consumer data acquisition, e-commerce analytics and trigger-based marketing
    • Implement consumer analytics, consumer segmentation and profiling
    • Respond to data analysis requests from stakeholders and staff members
    • Retrieving data, cleaning and preparing data for analysis, performing data analysis, and uploading the information to various sources
    • Help with Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Annual reporting
    • Perform analysis on large data sets using appropriate data analysis techniques and tools with a strong focus on quality.
    • Defining the data quality standards in the context of the specific initiatives.
    • Maintain functional expertise in database analytics best practices and the tools that support them.
    • Work with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, business intelligence to deploy data quality across critical pipelines and to set up processes to triage data issues
    • Create and optimise metrics and reporting functions to measure and monitor data quality for our most critical data assets
    • Effectively and timely communicate data quality insights and drive projects to improve data quality
    • Research data sources and make any corrections to existing data as needed to ensure accuracy of the information being recorded.
    • Real time data analyst, monitoring and identifying performance drops using analytics tools to ensure timely resolution and maintain optimal product functionality. 
    • Reviewing data control alerts, ensuring that processes operate effectively and efficiently, enabling proactive identification and resolution of data issues.

Requirements

What will make you stand out from the crowd:

  • BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or analytical field. 
  • Excellent judgement, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical problem solving skill
  • Advanced Expertise in MS Excel and Google sheet required
  • Preferred knowledge/experience with Analytics Platform and SQL
  • Knowledge of Amplitude is nice to have., ideally with experience in international environments.
  • Good knowledge of Amplitude is nice to have.
