Group Senior Manager - Product Analytics

• Work closely with the Business, Product and Technology teams to develop world class systems and processes.
• Identify and develop required data frameworks, machine learning models, and enabling tools necessary to support the optimization of data and business operation decisions.
• Conceive, design, prototype and implement advanced algorithms aimed at generating solutions to critical problems.
• Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.
• Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and understand how our users interact with our products through systematic and rigorous measurement and analysis.
• Develop a deep understanding of specific areas of the business and the key metrics to measure the performance of the product.

OTHER

• Participate and contribute to data discussions with the goal to enrich data and business understanding.
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a

reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute

• Having 8+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of experience with Product and Business analytics, preferably in a logistics domain
• Expert knowledge of Excel, SQL and scientific programming using Python/ pyspark.
• Good grasp of A/B testing, statistics, and application of data science algorithms
• Experience in using frameworks like tensorflow, pytorch, scikitlearn etc.
• Experience with building dashboards in power BI/ Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Understanding of Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Strong business acumen
• High attention to detail and coordination skills
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial and able to work with limited direction.
• Ability to quickly pick up “on the fly” new skills and develop expertise necessary to provide the best possible solution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
