Job Description:

Summary:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer who is well experienced with BI solutions, including data models, reports, dashboards, and analytics. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL are required, along with Snowflake and Python knowledge as an added advantage. The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company's BI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand their data needs, and then translate those needs into scalable and efficient BI solutions. The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining data tools, as well as monitoring and optimizing their performance.

The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will assist with daily tasks to design and deploy business intelligence solutions to internal and client stakeholders. Individuals in this role will work as a part of a team handling incoming report requests, and will report to the Manager, Business Intelligence. This position requires knowledge of proprietary Epiq services, processes, and technology that will be gained during the first months of employment. Ideal candidates are career-focused individuals who want to face new learning, relationship-building, leadership, and project management challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain business intelligence reports using Power BI.
• Build and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Collaborate on reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to derive insights and support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot existing BI solutions to ensure scalability and performance.
• Proactively monitor and manage datasets and connections.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Business Intelligence and data visualization (3-5 years of work experience).
• Proficiency with Power BI (3-5 years of work experience).
• Proficiency in SQL (3-5 years of work experience).
• Experience working with large datasets and performing analysis.
• Experience engaging, consulting, and collaborating with internal/client stakeholders.

Experience working multiple projects/tasks to completion independently.
