CRM Data Analyst - Global Digital & Performance Marketing
As a CRM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing and customer data analytics tools like Salesforce CRM and leveraging analytical tools to provide actionable insights. Your expertise will help improve our customer engagement, streamline processes, drive, revenue, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In this role you can expect to
Marketing & Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs for CRM marketing analytics and reporting
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous data governance and management practices.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into visualization tools like Power BI and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM and analytics solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance lead generation, customer engagement and loyalty.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest with Salesforce and CRM best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand skillset.
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in CRM management, specifically with Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of various data visualization programs such as Power BI, Google Looker Studio, and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and simple macros.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Tableau Data Analyst) are a plus.
- Experience in Power BI in particular data visualization and reporting, Power Query and DAX is a plus.
- Experience with other data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, SF CRM Analytics) is a plus.
