VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Sr Manager - Digital Analytics & Insights to join our Team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s talk about the role!     

The Sr Manager Digital Analytics & Insights will be responsible for delivering the insights and analytics framework through 3 main areas of delivery:

  • Full funnel measurement framework, to deliver consistent and constant set of xbrand digital KPIs to monitor health of the business and drive high frequency diagnostics.

  • Drive longitudinal insights: Proactively define an agenda of analysis identify digital commerce opportunities.

  • Work as a products development gate, to support prioritization of product developments, by impact estimation and post release measurement.

Full funnel measurement framework

  • Create strong stakeholders’ network across brands, to influence decision making and prioritization of activities.

  • Set up funnel monitoring framework to effectively communicate and stimulate actions.

  • Actively work on analytics platforms and suites, to blend internal and external data sources to create holistic views on performances.

  • Work with Digital Analytics implementation team, to maximise site tagging for impactful measurement.

  • Identify cross-brand, business reporting, analytics and data management that can bring efficiencies and return on investment across the EMEA digital business.

  • Establish weekly review with brand stakeholders to challenge full funnel KPI performance and push short term corrective actions.

  • Forecasting yearly financial outcomes

Drive longitudinal insights

  • Understand end-to-end consumer journeys on shop and how to measure effectiveness, to clearly identify opportunities for optimizing site conversion.

  • Partner with testing team to be the data and analytics lead on eCommerce tests, accurately and methodically collecting and analysing results to help drive decisions forward.

  • Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.

  • Leverage digital experience analytics suites and identify UX improvements

  • Drive longitudinal analysis to understand journey optimization

  • Support coordination of digital analytics vendors to maximise value extractions from analytics solutions.

Work as a digital products development analytics gate

  • Support Digital products functions prioritizing development and continuous improvement roadmap, evaluate impacts of planned items.

  • In collaboration with data science and advanced analytics team, apply analytics methodologies to measure impact of implemented features, with obsession for incrementality.

  • Drive unbiased reporting and communication plans, to report on impact.

Skills for Success

  • Excellent knowledge of, and experience with web analytics tools. Particularly Google Analytics, GTM and Digital experience analytics solutions (Contentsquare, Quatum Metrics, etc..)

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making

  • SQL and python knowledge

  • Strong understanding of web marketing technologies, and digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, affiliate programs, email marketing

  • Stakeholder management

  • Strong Influencing skills and experience in managing small team

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Organised, proactive and timely in delivering results

Additional

  • Master’s degree (preferably in mathematics, finance, business or statistics) or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of relevant systems experience in a retail Digital Analytics eCommerce environment.

  • Experience in the apparel industry / Digital consulting would be beneficial.
