Our location in Scarborough, Maine currently has an opportunity for a

Manufacturing Engineer Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will execute highly complex or specialized work. This role is an individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area. Knowledge acquired from several years of experience or specialist training in particular area.

This role works independently, applies standards yet adapts precedent and may make departures from established processes to resolve problems.

Responsible for developing and implementing production schedules to ensure the effective use of labor, tools, plant and equipment and to co-ordinate production output with inventory requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Prepare detailed production schedules in accordance with required volumes, plant capacity and materials availability.
  • Control actual figures of production and prepare schedule adjustments whenever required.
  • Activities include collating and analyzing production data, estimating resource requirements, determining machine and operator loads, preparing production schedules, monitoring production activities, and revising schedules to meet production targets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING 

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS) in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with a variety of material testing and measuring methods.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as ANSI/AQL, probability and statistics.
  • Knowledge of Database software; CAD software; Development software; Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software; Project Management software; Microsoft Excel software and Microsoft Word software.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience working in a GMP, FDA, ISO and USDA regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with cGMP and ISO 13485 regulations and practices.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software (Minitab).

The base pay for this position is

$48,000.00 – $96,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
