RL Program Manager, Product Data Operations

Meta is looking for an experienced and motivated Program Manager to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Reality Labs programs by providing leadership, strategic oversight, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure the efficient execution of Reality Labs initiatives. • Lead and drive planning, execution, and delivery of Reality Labs programs to achieve strategic goals and milestones, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts
• Build strategic capabilities (e.g., data-driven processes, frameworks, analytical tools) to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Reality Labs Product Groups to align program objectives with broader organizational goals
• Continuously assess and improve the performance of the PDO Reality Labs team, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate rationale and updates clearly.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams within Operations and across the company.

Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ years of proven experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working with urgency
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Executive presence and effective communications skills
• Track record of embracing ambiguity and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, product strategy, and/or building operations 0 to 1 to 100
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
• Experience with SQL and / or advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields
