Department Overview

Human Resources & Operations - Workforce Planning & Analytics

Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.

Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

• Monthly & Weekly operational reporting & analysis

• Analyze people & financial reporting structure and make recommendations to simplify & optimize

• Investigate cost overruns and communicate to function area leads

• Tableau, Excel & PowerPoint utilized to prepare analytical reporting

Basic Requirements

• Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in analytics, business, information science, technology, or related area of study

• Graduation date must occur on or after December 2025

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
