The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is responsible for shaping and delivering an integrated and consistent approach for the Groupās data, analytics and AI capability. This role sits in the CDAO Transformation and Change Centre of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the Chapter Lead responsible for the Groupās AI transformation and change effort.Ā

You will be supporting key AI transformation and change work that will accelerate AI adoption across the Bank. This role is integral to transforming how CommBank stakeholders unlock the value of AI, ultimately supporting the Bankās ambition to become the best AI bank in the world.Ā

As a Senior Change Manager you support the AI Practice, Generative AI Domain, and broader Decision Science team to help drive AI adoption and embedment across the Group for our people and customers.
On any given day, you will:Ā
Ensure the people-related benefits and risks of various AI changes are well-understood and managedĀ
Design, integrate and execute effective change strategies and plans to manage the people impact of proposedāÆAI changes and initiativesĀ Ā
Own the identification, engagement and management of stakeholders across the AI Platforms,Ā Domain, Crews and in the businessĀ Ā
Influence the stakeholder experience by being the voice of the customerĀ
Own the AI change transition and adoption through integrated strategic and tactical communications, engagement, coaching, training and tracking metricsĀ
Lead the development of AI change artefactsĀ Ā
Support the development of change governance documentationĀ Ā
Report on the effectiveness of the change management discipline using metrics and dataĀ
Collaborate across the CDAO Transformation and Change CoE to build an exceptional culture and drive knowledge sharing,āÆlearning and problem solvingĀ
Weāre interested in hearing from people who have:
Experience in data and AI transformation and change programs and projectsĀ (highly advantageous) Ā
Advanced understanding and application of change management methodologiesĀ
Exceptional writing skills and ability to simplify complex messages
Thought leadership, strong communication and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential to be successful in the roleĀ
Ability to consult, influence and drive change with Domain stakeholders, leadership and business stakeholdersĀ
Strong experience in complex change planning and deliveryĀ Ā
Understanding of the various impacts of change and business drivers in Technology is beneficialĀ
Experience in planning for and conducting workshops, facilitating working groups, designing stakeholder engagement and training and driving communicationĀ
Sound organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritiseĀ Ā
Sound understanding of and experience working in AgileĀ Ā
