[CTG] Reporting and Finance Business Partner (Fluent English, Power BI)

BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job Description

• Take part in full business planning cycle of BGSV from headcounts planning to revenue, cost and complete P&L
• Take care of monthly/yearly internal reports as in Revenue, Profit and Loss and Cost Management to internal stakeholders within BGSV as well as central team in Germany/India
• Be a professional business partner who work closely with respective stakeholders regarding all financial related matters from revenue to cost along with giving valuable insights in order to enhance the business
• Build and ensure internal control system is operate effectively
• Take part in develop automated/ dashboard reporting to transform data into valuable insights and real time analysis
• Fully understand about process and ensure harmonized projects rolled out smoothly
• Implement other tasks as required by manager from time to time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• At least 4 years in same or similar role
• Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining
• Self starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
• Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI is required familiarity with SAP, finance systems,....
• Must possess clear communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive level management
• Work and collaborate well with team mates
