Our challenge

We are looking for Low Latency Developer who will be working from Mississauga, ON.

Additional Information* 

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $115k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and support of the high-performance electronic execution platform.

• Build common solutions for trading platform monitoring, trade reconciliation, application recovery etc.

• Partner with traders, quant researchers and clients on product development

• Continuous maintenance & improvements of the testing frameworks, development tools and environments.

• Ability to envision, design and implement test cases for trading functions.

• Contribute towards Agile and Continuous Integration processes.

Requirements:

You are:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience with Strong technical knowledge with expertise in either Java, C#, C++, Linux Shell Script

• Previous experience in developing automated trading platforms is a must.

• Knowledge of Python would be beneficial.

• Strong understanding of automated testing techniques.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration processes.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goal
