The Data Operations and Commercial Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate, reliable data while transforming it into insights that drive business decisions. This role combines data quality management and commercial analytics, collaborating with teams to support data-driven strategies.
This is a hybrid role for our Mississauga office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Improve data workflows and support data governance policies.
- Analyze commercial data, including market, customer, and product trends.
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders, shaping business strategies.
- Evaluate marketing metrics and forecast trends to support go-to-market strategies.
- Deliver performance reports, KPIs, and monthly dashboards.
- Support automation and continuous improvement in data operations and analytics.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and data-related tasks as needed.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics.
- Strong proficiency with data tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Prior usage of SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present complex data simply.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in OTC, CPG, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with analyzing large datasets and supporting sales or marketing teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
