The Opportunity

Support the Similac CRM program by leveraging marketing analytics to drive acquisition, retention, and profitability. Develop strategies through both quantitative and qualitative means, creating models, systems, tools, and reports to manage coupon issuances, forecasting, and business intelligence. Collaborate with marketing teams to craft and execute marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.

What You’ll Work On

  • Insight-mining MySimilac Scans: Analyze MySimilac scan data to create a comprehensive picture of product switching behavior over time and identify opportunities based on these findings.
  • Enhancing Media Targeting with Advanced Retargeting Variables: Develop more advanced and specific retargeting variables using LiveRamp and Mindshare to enhance initiation and retention rates.
  • Developing Trigger Responses: Create additional trigger responses based on consumer behavior, leading to custom offers and messages that enhance engagement and drive sales.
  • Focusing on One-PEDS CRM: Identify holistic opportunities across all PEDS products (e.g., PediaSure, Pedialyte) and implement an integrated CRM approach. Share best practices across CRM units.
  • Active Fraud Monitoring and Prevention: Dedicate resources for active fraud monitoring and prevention to result in significant cost savings.
  • Evolving Competitive Monitoring: Establish an internal monitoring program for competitor programs to understand their evolving offers and retention strategies.
  • Advanced Analytics Projects: Perform all steps of advanced analytics projects: Problem Formulation, Design of Experiment/Measurement Plan, Data Collection, Querying, Integration, Transformation, Analysis, Synthesis of Findings, Crafting Deliverable Documents, Archiving Knowledge, and Presenting Actionable Recommendations to Senior Leaders.
  • Program Updates: Develop and implement program updates, including updating coupon strategies, integrating new tools, forecasting, and providing business intelligence.
  • Model Deployment: Assist with model deployment and conduct ad hoc analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, data mining, business analysis, and/or statistics.
  • SQL Skills: Experience using SQL for ETL/Data Management.
  • BI Tools: Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Programming Languages: Strong experience with statistical or general programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Desktop Computing: Desktop computing skills and experience using word processing, spreadsheet (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and presentation graphics (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) software programs.
  • Functional Backgrounds: Relevant functional backgrounds include Marketing Analysis, Marketing Response Modeling, Financial Modeling, Database Marketing, or Statistical Modeling & Forecasting.
  • Presentation Skills: Proven success in presenting complex data to non-technical, senior leaders in an organization.
  • Strategic Discussions: Ability to interact and conduct strategic discussions with multi-divisional leaders.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, passionate about marketing, nutrition, and driving results.
  • Degree: Must possess a BS degree in Applied Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, or other quantitative science (STEM discipline). MS/MBA or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline preferred. Additional relevant experience beyond the requirements above could substitute for graduate education.

The base pay for this position is

$72,700.00 – $145,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
