Who You Are

We’re seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our team and support Verve's data-driven approach to advertising technology. In this role, you’ll dive into data analytics, transforming data into insights to help us make well-informed decisions and drive our business forward.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to gather, clean, and analyze data across various platforms and databases

• Interpret complex datasets to create meaningful insights and visualizations, supporting teams in product, marketing, and strategy

• Build and maintain dashboards, ensuring data is accessible and actionable for stakeholders

• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to solve specific business problems, applying your analytical skills to real-world scenarios

• Continuously optimize and improve data processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

What You Will Bring

• You have a university degree in computer science, engineering or an equivalent degree (MINT)

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or equivalent role

• Relevant business experience may be substituted by an excellent university degree

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, and familiarity with machine learning concepts

• Experience with Python

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker preferred, Tableau also acceptable)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into clear and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
